Terms and Conditions for Media and Digital Marketing Skills Training

1. Introduction
• By registering for the training program provided by Mirror Mí Creations, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions. These terms outline the expectations, rights, and responsibilities of both Mirror Mí Creations and participants.

2. Registration and Payment
• Registration Fees: A non-refundable registration fee is required to secure a place in the program. This fee must be paid in full before the commencement of the training.
• Payment Confirmation: Participants are required to submit proof of payment during registration. Failure to provide proof may result in delayed enrolment.
• Refund Policy: All payments are final and non-refundable, except in the case of program cancellation by Mirror Mí Creations.

3. Participant Conduct and Expectations
• Attendance: Full attendance is required for successful completion. Participants are expected to attend all sessions punctually.
• Gadgets Requirement: Participants are required to bring their own gadgets (e.g., laptops, tablets, or smartphones) for training, if necessary.
• Code of Conduct: Respectful and professional behaviour is expected. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program.
• Use of Materials: All course materials are for personal use only and cannot be reproduced, distributed, or sold without prior written consent from Mirror Mí Creations.

4. Intellectual Property
• All training content, including videos, presentations, and materials, remains the property of Mirror Mí Creations. Participants are granted a limited license to use these materials for personal learning but may not distribute them.

5. Media and Recording
• Consent to Media: By participating, attendees agree to be photographed or recorded during the sessions. Mirror Mí Creations reserves the right to use any media from the sessions for promotional purposes.
• Personal Recordings: Personal audio or video recordings during the sessions are prohibited unless prior permission is given.

6. Liability
• Mirror Mí Creations is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during in-person sessions. Participants assume all risks associated with attendance.

7. Program Modifications and Cancellations
• Mirror Mí Creations reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the program as needed. In the case of program cancellation, participants will be notified and given the option of a full refund or enrolment in a rescheduled session.

8. Confidentiality
• Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of other participants’ personal information shared during the course. Sharing such information without permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy
• Personal information collected during registration will be handled in compliance with our Privacy Policy and will only be used for program-related purposes.

10. Dispute Resolution
• Any disputes arising from participation in this program will be resolved amicably through mediation.

By completing the registration, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
